At PRMAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in unworn condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
